Doing research for my project, I ran across this website call www.slideboom.com. It is really ingenius. You can sign up for free and post your power point presentations on line. No more Cd's to burn, no keeping track of your flash drive Just remeber your pass word and if you cannot remember it do like me embed it. So you know exactly where to find it! This allows you to get feedback from all over the world. Something you could never do before!

With the ever changing world that we live in, new concepts and business applications need to become more efficient, interactive, and accessible. Including the ever changing market of mobile devices. 

At www.employeesuggestionbox.com, the employee can give input on any topic, vote on the latest issues,brainstorm and improve project collaboration. 

Keeping clients in the loop is another important aspect of project management. Our latest adventure has been creating a wiki site for our classmates.  We choose www.wetpaint.com for this assignment. It's fun, easy and free.

The advanatges of this site are really quite simple, It's collaboration at it's greatest. You start a free acount, invite your collegues and start setting it up. (we've already done that step for you, Now it's up to you to except the invite and state your thoughts)

A little back ground for our classmates currently in English. As defined by the wikipedia  "A wiki is a collection of web pages designed to enable anyone who accesses it to contribute or modify content, using a simplified markup language.^[1][2] Wikis are often used to create collaborative websites and to power community websites".

This allows everyone to create and collaborate on equal footing. Don't be scared of all the new words or concepts, they are the way of the future and everyone needs to know them and how to use them.

Trying to come up with new sources for this blog has not been a problem, trying to find working and effective sites has been.  There are so many aspects to project management and every site has a different purpose. This time I have found www.proworkfolw.com this site has it all.

I started a small project to set up and design an interactive site for automotive technology. Using this program allows you to manage the project, make detailed task list, set time variables, invoices per project or contractor, bring in the client and coworker's for collaborations.  All on a private site.  This application is really designed for small businesses, but I am finding it very useful in my personal life and within my department.

This site offers a ton of creative solutions divided into groups. Project Manager, Time Manager,Task Manager, Notes Manager, Contact Manager and Invoice Manager. They are all very detailed and easy to use.

One of the greatest features is its accessability.You can manage your project from anywhere, with any mobile device. Truly great technology.

Keeping accurate records and being organized with the client are just bonuses with this software.

Okay I finally found a site for audio. It is called blogamp. These are all the applications copied straight from their web site! How Awesome is this new technology!

www.dial2do.com ,I found this site searching for mobile applications. It is free and allows you to recieve text, phone calls and messages from anywhere and anyone. It has to do lists and reminders. A really interesting concept for web2.0 applications.

Throughout this research period, I have learned that everything eventually comes full circle. With that theory in mind I found  www.projjex.com. not only does this site allow for collaboration, it focuses on key aspects of databases and brings together project management .

This application works off of your browser and can be sent to many mobile devices. Since it is all web based no need to download all the documents. Look at all the space that saves! It works off  of a dashboard that sends emails and reminders.  One great concept about this program is the easy to follow setup and fairly reasonable.

Contains to-do lists, notes, documents, files, time management, cost and even minutes and meeting data. You can add anyone you want for free which makes it ideal for globe trotting business professionals. With projjexs filters it is a snap to compile and sort data and docs.

This program works. Try it for free and decide.

With all the demands on peoples time and resources especially when it comes to successful project management. I decided to take a minute to find a help site for increasing ones skill level.  I happened upon mindtools.com. This is a free site and offers a vast array of knowledge.

Topics include leadership,problem solving,decision making, information, communication,time and stress management. It also has a section on improving your memory and let's face it none of us are getting any younger.
